The Atlantic theme includes the Scrolling text section which helps display an animated text bar.
Add this section to
Add the section to a template
Click Edit theme to open the theme editor for the selected theme.
Open the template (e.g. home page, default product) and click (+) Add section in the sidebar.
Scroll down to the bottom of your default sections list and select Scrolling text.
Click the Scrolling text section to open its general settings.
Scrolling settings
Enable full width toggle helps control the width of the section. You can enable this feature if you'd like an edge-to-edge display.
Show spacing adds a margin on top of the section.
Scrolling speed controls the duration (in seconds) for one complete cycle of text.
Scrolling direction allows you to control the direction in which the text would scroll from and towards. By default, this is set from Left to right.
Text size can be used to adjust the font size.
Pause scrolling on hover allows your customers to stop the scrolling animation momentarily. Removing their cursor from the section would resume the animation. Disabling this feature means that the scrolling text animation will be uninterrupted.
Select colors
Choose colors for the section's Text color and Background color.

You can add your section content through the Scrolling text block
Text block
Include text by adding copy to the Text field. Then use the Bold, Italic, and Link controls to style and connect your text with other pages.
Colors setting is also available to adjust the font color within the block.
