Add a contact form to a static page to help customers to contact your business. Messages submitted through this form are sent via email. The contact template's form includes fields for the customer Name, Email, Message, etc., and can be added to any new or existing page in your Pages admin.
Assign the contact form template to a page
In your Online Store, open Pages.
You can either add the contact form to a current or a new page.
Open the page editor for the current page or select Add page to create a new page.
Add a page Title (e.g. Get in touch!). There is the option to add content to the Content field, but not required. You can also include additional content later on by adding sections to your contact page.
In the page editor, scroll to the bottom right of the screen and select contact using the Theme template dropdown menu.
This dropdown will only appear if the published theme contains the page template
Edit the form labels and placeholder text
Use the language editor to adjust the wording and language for this form, as well as the confirmation message for completing the form.
From the Themes dashboard, select [•••] or Actions beside your theme, then Edit languages.
Open the Contact tab or search for specific wording (e.g. Message) to adjust the text portions of the contact template.
