On Shopify, only one discount can be used in the checkout at once. If a discount from Wholesale Club is already present, the discount code box in the checkout will be turned off. However, you can combine certain types of discount codes with wholesale discounts.
To combine Shopify discount codes with discounts from Wholesale Club, enable this checkbox in your settings:
This will generate a discount code box on your cart page when wholesale discounts are active. Customers can enter a Shopify discount code here, and this will be combined with their wholesale discount. There are certain limitations with this feature:
- Discount codes must be percentage based.
- Customer eligibility and usage limit specifications will be ignored
- At this time, Wholesale Club is not compatible with Shopify Automatic Discounts.
