How does this work?
Step 1: Fill out the customization form
Submit a request for your customization by filling out our web form.
You can also contact our support team for assistance in creating your request.
Be sure to review the Terms of Service and check the box below the form to complete the request.
Step 2: Our team will review your request
Our theme support team will review the request. Based on the complexity and impact on the rest of the site, we either accept the job or offer recommendations about your best next steps.
Step 3: Our team will provide a quote
If the job is accepted, we create a quote. This value is based on the time and complexity of the work required. We will send it to you as an invoice.
Generally, most small jobs cost between $30 and $60 USD.
At this point, we'll also double-check to make sure that we have collaborator access set up with your store.
Step 4: Pay invoice
You can pay this invoice through our online checkout, which is powered by Shopify—so you already know how safe and secure it is!
Step 5: Our team applies the customization to a theme duplicate
Our team creates a duplicate of your theme and applies the requested customizations.
All changes made by our team will be applied to a duplicate copy of your live theme, to ensure that no conflicts are introduced into the published theme while the customization is being performed.
Step 6: Review the customization
You can review these changes by previewing this version of the theme, and then publishing your theme to your live storefront when you are ready to make the changes live.
How much does this cost?
These changes are each priced according to the complexity and time required to implement them. Once our team has received your request, we will create a quote based on these factors. Generally, most small jobs cost between $30 and $60 USD.
