You can find the sections to translate inside two of the Ultimate Special Offer files: special-offers.liquid and special-offers-template.liquid.
Changes can be directly made inside of the special-offers-template.liquid, however for the special-offers.liquid you'll need to copy the highlighted section and paste it just above the {% include special-offers %} found inside of your theme.liquid file.
