When it comes to making purchasing decisions online, customer reviews and testimonials can make or break a sale. Reach's Testimonials section builds social proof and increases conversions with a uniquely-styled section for the home page.
Add Testimonials to your home page
- In the theme editor (Customize), click [+] Add section
- Locate Testimonials
- Click the section, then Add
Add section headings
Add an optional section Heading and Subheading using the provided text field.
Choose a background style
Select an option from the Background dropdown. The options are:
Customize the testimonial blocks
Include the quote and source
Click on a Testimonial block to begin. Add the testimonial quote to feature with the Caption text field, then put the source's name in the Name field. Add an optional URL for the testimonial's source using the Link field.
Highlight the testimonial's origin
Use the Style dropdown to use one of three icons identifying the testimonial's origin. The three options are:
- Twitter (Twitter logo)
- Facebook (Facebook logo)
- Standard (Quotation mark)
Identify the product
Reach provides a Product feature to identify which product the testimonial is referring to. Click Select product to locate and assign the product to the testimonial block.
Maximum per section
You can add up to three testimonials to this section.
