The FAQ (frequently asked questions) page template displays common questions and answers from customers using a dynamic, accordion-style layout.
Adding a new page for the FAQ
Start by creating a new page in your Shopify admin, then add a title. Select the page.faq option from the Template dropdown, then Save. Before you leave your admin, be sure to add it to the Navigation menu where you'd like it to appear.
The questions and answers are added outside the Pages admin, but you can add Content to appear before the FAQ feature if needed. To add your questions and answers, navigate to the theme editor.
Open the FAQ page in the theme editor
Once you have saved the new page, navigate to the FAQ page through the theme editor. To open this page, use the page dropdown. A FAQ section block will appear in the left-side settings. Open this section to access and edit the questions and answers.
Add customer questions and merchant answers
The first three blocks with feature questions are commonly included on store FAQ pages. Use these, edit them, or create your own by selecting Add frequently asked question.
There is no limit to the number of questions or answers you can add to this page template.
