Your Shopify store comes with a powerful built-in blogging engine. Blogs are great for content that you can update regularly. While many stores maintain only one, some feature multiple blogs to better categorize content.
Your blog page provides users with an index of your blog posts. All your blog composition takes place in the Shopify admin, but when it comes to customizing how your blog page displays, that is controlled through the theme editor.
Edit blog page through the theme editor
To access the settings for these pages, navigate to your blog in the theme editor and then click Blog pages under the Sections tab.
Show breadcrumbs on blog page
Enable Show breadcrumbs to include a secondary navigation that show the current location of a visitor on your website, and how they got there. There are multiple pages where breadcrumbs can appear on your site, but checking this setting will affect only your blog pages.
Adding a sidebar
You can feature a sidebar on the right side of the blog page by enabling one or both of Show recent posts and Show tags.
Show recent posts will display links to your four latest articles in the sidebar.
Show tags will include a list of tags found throughout your blog posts to help customers find the content they're looking for.
Pagination
Atlantic comes with two distinct pagination styles: Standard pagination and Jump-to-page pagination.
Standard pagination allows users only to click through pages in sequence (displaying as "Page 1 of 5" with "Previous" and "Next" links).
Jump-to-page pagination allows users to select a numbered link to the page they want (displaying links to all the pages in a collection). While you can set the pagination for your store in a few different places, this setting applies only to the pagination of your blog pages.
