There’s no way to detect when someone looks at a popup on your storefront, so Pixelpop counts a popup view whenever a customer lands on a page with a popup present on it. If a visitor lands a page with a popup but navigates away from that page before the popup is actually triggered, this will still count as a popup view.
You can keep track of your popup views in a few different places:
At the top of your dashboard, you’ll see a graph where you can keep track of your popup views. Use the dropdown menus to choose whether you want to see data from all your popups or a specific popup, and adjust the date range.
When a popup is published, it will display its total views and its performance for that week.
On your Account page, you can see your current plan and compare your popup views with how many views your plan allows.
If you’re noticing that you’re frequently going over your popup limit, it might be time to consider upgrading your plan to take advantage of your higher volume of visitors. For more information, check out our Pixelpop App and Plan FAQ.
