General

If you're new to Webflow, we recommend checking out their help article on editing content with the live editor to start.

Primarily, you can edit your website content by editing pages and templates. All pages and templates for the site are listed in the Pages menu, grouped by page type and similar content. Clicking on any of these will take you to the page as it appears on your site.

You can edit titles, content, authors, menus, etc. directly on the site by clicking on the items you wish to edit.

You can edit specific posts, stories, and permalink pages under the Collections menu. How to add new guides is covered below.

Theme Features

Hero

The hero sits at the top of the home page — a perfect place to tell your friends and family when to save the date. It features a full-width image with text content. Double-click on the different items to edit or replace them.

Site Title and Logo

Double-click the site title to replace it with your own text.

Double-click on the logo and click Replace Image to add your own. The default image size is 380 x 80px. We recommend keeping to these dimensions, but you can also resize the image once placed into the header to make sure it fits into the header. 

Navigation

The navigation links are displayed at the top of the Hero. To alter your navigation links, double-click on one of the items to edit their text name and their link. On mobile and tablets, the menu will display as a dropdown triggered by the menu icon in the top right.

Masonry Grid

Display images, text, and links in a dynamic grid. By default, the grid features quotes, links to pages, and a jump-link for friends and family to RSVP.

Our Story

Use this section to tell your guests who you are and how you met. Double-click on the images, titles, and text to replace them with your own content.

Events

To create a new event, navigate to Categories on the left-hand menu and click Events. Click New Event. Complete the fields provided and toggle the Featured? option to display it on the home page. Remember to add a thumbnail and main image.

Photos

To add and edit photos, navigate to Categories on the left-hand menu and click Photos. Replace the images, from 1 thru 8.

Registry

This section let's your guest know where you're registered for gifts. You can edit the logos by double-clicking them and selecting Replace image.

Wedding Party

Introduce your bridesmaids and groomsmen with a feature image and description.

To edit the Brides Maids, navigate to Categories on the left-hand menu and click Brides Maids. Click New Braids Maid or edit a currently existing brides maid. Complete the fields provided and toggle the Featured? option to display it on the home page. Remember to add a thumbnail and main image.

To edit the Grooms, navigate to Categories on the left-hand menu and click Grooms. Click New Groom or edit a currently existing groom. Complete the fields provided and toggle the Featured? option to display it on the home page. Remember to add a thumbnail and main image.

Blog

By default, the header provides a link to the blog. You can edit the style and layout single news posts by going to the News Template found in the Pages menu.

To create a new post, navigate to Categories on the left-hand menu and click Writings. Click New Writing. Complete the fields provided and toggle the Featured? option to display it on the home page. Remember to add a thumbnail and main image.

RSVP

Allow your friends and family to RSVP with this easy-to-use form.

Footer

By default, the footer houses links to your pages, posts, and social media.
